Alcohol & Other Drugs Education Program
The UC Irvine Health Education Center promotes safe practices, responsiblity and awareness around alcohol consumption.
A professional health educator is available to provide presentations on the following topics:
- Consequences to unsafe alcohol use and alcohol poisioning
- Driving Under the Influence & Sex Under the Influence
- Responsible drinking, limiting blood alcohol, support for non-drinkers
- Long & Short Term effects of alcohol use
- Blood Alcohol Content
- Customized issues for a particular campus organization or team (requires assessment meeting)
We can also provide student leaders with the necessary tools and materials to present to their own groups about alcohol awareness.
